Library spaces

Libraries are hybrid spaces which should allow library users to engage in academic, cultural and social activities permissible within the perimeters of the educational environments. We should not be limiting users by our inabilities. Whether we like it or not the 21st century eccentricities are upon us!

  2. While chatting to colleagues on the flight home from the conference, I was struck by the thought that school libraries need a re-branding campaign. Our role has and still is changing rapidly and it would be great to have a new ‘name’ for our learning/creative/knowledge/communication space.
